BOOKING
All reservations must be made on Chalet Rosas booking form. This
will constitute the basis of the contract between you and Chalet
Rosas. The contract will exist when the form has been received
and the deposit paid as requested. In the event of 1 person
being responsible for a group booking, that person is responsible
for the whole group.
PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation; the balance of payment
is due 8 weeks prior to travelling. Payment may be made by
cheque, bank transfer, or credit card. If payment is not received
by the due dates we reserve the right to cancel the booking
and apply the cancellation charges below.

Cancellation must be received in writing otherwise full cancellation
will be enforced.
BEHAVIOUR AND RESPECT OF PROPERTY
Behaviour and conduct that is considered reasonable is expected
while on the premises of the chalet, and respect of the property
and contents is also expected, In the event that this is not
adhered to. We reserve the right to withhold your security
deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
10% of the cost of the total holiday or a minimum of £200
is requested at the commencement of the holiday, this may be
in the form of a cheque or cash. At the completion of the holiday
the chalet will be inspected and your deposit returned immediately
if the ‘behaviour and respect of property’ clause
has been adhered to.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that all clients are fully covered
for the duration of their stay and travel arrangements.
OUR LIABILITY
We do not accept responsibility for client’s personal belongings,
including money. Such property is the sole responsibility of
the clients. We also do not accept responsibility for losses
or expenses due to circumstances outside our control, including
injury to clients.
ACCEPTANCE
All clients who enter into a contract with Chalet Rosas accept
and act on behalf of all persons included in a group booking
and are asked to accept these conditions.
